Site visibility for Site Optimization

Site visibility for Site Optimization is an important aspect of the Hybrid SEO techniques. On the world wide web everything boils down to traffic and how you can get more of it, especially high quality traffic. Getting traffic to your site is a matter of site visibility. Unfortunately this is also the reason for spam. Spammers love to through trash in your face anywhere and any time they can. They do this because even the scum of the earth knows that without site visibility, they will not get traffic, and without traffic even the best site on the web is doomed.
So how do we increase site visibility without using annoying spam? First we need to know and understand what types of marketing and advertising are effective but not annoying. People respond to things they can relate to and people they trust. The internet is flooded with information and people telling them this and that. If you want your message to stand out you are going to have to break the mold using honesty, integrity, facts, and leave the hype behind. People have heard it all before and they are not looking for yet another person to tell them that you have the answer. Get personal and let them know that you are a real person looking to provide them with real solutions.
Once you have created your very best marketing material that will stand out from all the rest, you need to get it out there where people are going to see it. The internet is one great big interactive newspaper or magazine full of information and people. Certain corners of the internet tend to have more readers than others just like magazines and newspapers. Decide if you are looking for massive un-targeted exposure or moderate exposure that is targeted to your specific audience type.
Use your unique marketing copy to create a fan page on FaceBook. Set up a few information sites that provide useful information but also funnel traffic to your main site. Make use of the many free to use sites that allow free ad postings. Get involved in online communities where you can contribute and at the same time leave your mark. Use freelance services to hire people to build links, traffic, and members to your site. Have some business cards made up and leave them at restaurants you dine at. Post them on business boards. Advertise in print publications.
Once you have created your honest and unique marketing image, get the word out without using spam and others will in turn spread the word when they see you are different. Create an image that can be trusted and marketing your site will get easier with time.
